If you are not in class on the 14th due to an AP exam, you are responsible for making the prep up, but you may take a few days to do so.
You should also talk with classmates to see how the discussion went and what was determined regarding the characters / narrator and their agency.
In class prep:
First, develop two clear seminar discussion questions regarding agency and your text; structure questions such as "What cripples Daisy's agency?", or, "How effective is Woolf in advocating for female agency as writers?”.
Then, chose ONE of your questions and answer it in a formal analysis paragraph. Your paragraph should contain a solid claim, evidence, and analysis. Properly cite any information or text that comes from The Great Gatsby or A Room of One’s Own.
You will have 20 minutes to construct your paragraph; it will be graded as a draft, not a formal piece.
